Some of the older pupils continued with their work on the Famous Five books during today’s session using the support and planning sheets to inform their thinking and written responses.
Today we had a reading day at Elisa’s Tutorial School and one of our favourite story series is the Enid Blyton Famous Five series. Our pupils used the sheets we have to guide them in reviewing their favourite book and the characters they most enjoyed.
Certificates of Achievement were handed out today – Maths and English are both subjects in which pupils are recognised in terms of improvement and making exceptional advancement in.
Today we looked at all the different products we are unable to recycle so easily and talked about what we could build with these items. We read the story about Frankie The Little Adventurer.
Our children enjoyed learning from this activity book today. There are two available on this website – one for younger readers who may need extra support and one for older readers who are able to read independently.
