Families come back to us year after year and we are always teaching at full capacity, without advertising. Our principal teachers are English born native speakers, but come from a variety of ethnic backgrounds, so understand how to help families where English is a second language.
All our teachers are professionally educated and highly experienced. We believe that the tutoring industry should be regulated as we often get children in year 5 under-achieving, especially in English, because they have not been taught grammar, structure and punctuation correctly. Hence, coming to us with only six months to go, leaving us with only a crash course option to rectify the lack of knowledge to pass the 11plus. Worse still some children come to us having passed the 11plus part one exams but are totally unprepared for part two. Creative writing is an extremely important part of the 11plus exam and only children who have an understanding of it will get through part two of the 11plus entrance exam. Learning English correctly has an enormous bearing on a child’s future, particularly as they are about to commence their secondary education. Children at secondary school need to be able to write well to perform in all other subjects, like geography, history, science etc.
At kidslearnfast we revolutionise the way in which children think. We motivate them so that they want to learn about the world around them. We make sure they have an adequate general knowledge to perform well in verbal reasoning and creative writing. Kidslearnfast focus on getting their children to write informative stories with purpose. Elisa Gianoncelli is a published author and creative writing expert. Many children have achieved scholarships under her guidance. You can see her videos on You Tube and Tik Tok. She is also well known for her child assessments, where she leaves no stone unturned. All strengths and weaknesses are identified. When Elisa takes on a new student she gets to know the parents as well as the pupil and she guides them as to how to help their child at home. Often getting children to send work to her whatsapp on a daily basis. She believes that teaching is a vocation and understands the child’s mind well due to her extensive training.
